- Services are typically delivered within 3-5 business days of order confirmation
- Urgent services may be available at an additional cost
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
2.2 Service Access
- Digital access (e-books, templates, recordings) is provided via email or account link within 24-48 hours
- Live services (training sessions, consultations) are scheduled by mutual agreement
- Service credentials and access information should be kept confidential

- Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
