1. Refund Eligibility
Stirring Minds Services Pvt Ltd ("Company") is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services and products. We offer refunds in accordance with the following policy.
Our refund eligibility is as follows:
- Services: 7 days from the date of service completion for dissatisfaction with quality
- Products: 7 days from the date of purchase for unused, unopened items in original condition
- Digital Services: Non-refundable once delivered or commenced
Refund requests must be initiated within the stipulated timeframe to be considered.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@stirringminds.com or mail to our registered office with the following information:
- Order/Service ID
- Date of purchase/service delivery
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Proof of transaction
- Bank account details (for refund processing)
All refund requests must include clear documentation supporting the reason for the refund.
3. Refund Timeline and Processing
Refund Processing Timeline:
- Refund Request Verification: 2-3 business days
- Processing and Payment Gateway Authorization: 3-5 business days
- Fund Transfer to Original Payment Method: 5-7 business days (as per payment gateway and bank processing times)
Total processing time: 10-15 business days from refund request submission.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. For refunds via payment gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay, Zoho Payments), processing times depend on the respective payment gateway and your bank's settlement schedule.
Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, the actual credit to your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and utilized
- Training or Consulting Sessions: Once conducted or partially attended
- Digital Products and Downloads: E-books, templates, software, or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded
- Custom or Personalized Services: Bespoke consulting, training customized for specific requirements, or services modified per client specifications
- Trial Services: Free trial periods or discounted trial offerings
- Third-Party Services: Refunds for services provided by third-party vendors or partners
- Payment Processing Fees: Transaction charges levied by payment gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay, Zoho Payments) are non-refundable
5. Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
- The service/product must be returned or unused in its original state
- Refund requests must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe
- The customer must not have received the full benefit or value of the service/product
- The refund will not be issued if the non-refundable policy was clearly communicated at the time of purchase
- Any disputes will be resolved as per the Terms & Conditions and applicable Indian law
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:
- Partial service delivery or incomplete services where some value has been provided
- Products with defects or damage (deduction based on usage and condition)
- Bundle purchases where only some components are eligible for refund
Partial refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of services/products received and their original cost.
7. Payment Gateway Compliance
Our refund policy complies with the standards set by major payment gateways including:
- Cashfree Payment Solutions
- Razorpay (HDFC Bank partner)
- Zoho Payments
Refund processing follows the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) guidelines and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations for electronic payment systems. No refund information includes sensitive payment details, as per compliance standards.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or service anytime by contacting us at contact@stirringminds.com. Cancellations are effective immediately, and no further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
For ongoing services, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the service period.
9. GST and Taxes
All refunds are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Company is a registered GST entity, and refund processing complies with GST rules and regulations, including proper documentation and invoice reversal procedures.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a refund decision, please contact us within 7 days of the refund denial. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
For unresolved disputes, customers may escalate through our formal grievance redressal process or seek resolution in accordance with the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
